Service Process

Customers that we have worked with include large wholesaling supermarkets, commercial brand companies and middle to small-sized private label companies, exporting to markets in North and South America, Europe, South-East Asia, and more than 40 countries & regions in total.

Inspection of material

Draw all qualified material, like non-woven fabrics, Vol film, stickers and cardboard boxes. In the production process, any found substandard raw materials and packaging, must be singled out, not to flow under the procedure.

Seal

Adjust back-closure closure temperature of machines a. dorsal closure temperature control within: 175 ± 5 ℃, the terminal temperature control is in the closure 180 ± 5 ℃.

Confirmation of initial product

The QC, production managers, equipment operators commonly confirm quality of the first product, and then can begin formal production. Otherwise, the machine has to be re-adjusted until confirmation of qualified. The first confirmed products should be placed nearby production area, to be reference of inspectors and operators.

Cutting, folding of nonwovens

Remove plastic packaging of non-woven rolls and install on machines to fix. Open the machine; adjust the cutting size and number of non-woven fabrics, in accordance with the requirements of production.

Metal detectors

The products sealed off must be inspecting by metal detectors. If given an alarm, the metal matter is still there; such unqualified products should be thrown to collection box of substandard products.

Encasements

Pack all qualified products into carton boxes. (Especially Note: no leak, with clean surface)

Add liquid to nonwovens

Rotate liquid adding switch, adjusted quantity of volume, according to customer requirements. After the increase of liquid, the total weight is 2.8 to 5.0 times to the weight of non-woven.

Code

General rules of a code: production batches + manufacture date + expiry date.

Storage

After getting the statistics the number of products, Add to finished product warehouse after verification by the administrator.
